I am best known for recruiting game-changing leaders. I love surprising my clients with possibilities they never previously considered. By applying my instincts and intuition as a leadership coach, I frequently exceed expectations and delight our clients.

My Mission:

Empowering Women in Leadership: Companies have become increasingly committed to bringing more high-performing women into their leadership ranks. Many entrenched cultures make it challenging to effectively integrate these female superstars into their organization. My mission is two-fold: ensure the best culture matches and empower women to succeed at higher levels, including succession to the Executive Committee and Boardroom.

Solving the War for Talent: There is still a war for talent. To stand out and win the battle, CEOs and their leadership teams need to practice what they preach. Women and diversity leaders need to experience a real readiness amongst their colleagues to have them thrive, advance and succeed.

We recruit superstars with game-changing perspectives and interests that are aligned with our client’s vision.  Top management must be ready to embrace these new leaders as they work to transform companies and inspire their teams.

I founded TKJ Executive Search in early 2004 to provide a more customized,  faster delivery model for clients. Our firm often solves searches in 2 months — super fast relative to the industry average.

Previously, I was a Director with Spencer Stuart and have worked in a variety of corporate and government settings, including American Express, The Danbury Mint, and The First Boston Corporation.

I earned my MBA from Harvard Business School and my BA, Political Science from Vassar College. For the past 10 years, I have been an active leader on the Board of Temple Israel in Westport, CT.

My passions include playing golf, tennis, paddle tennis and pickleball.
