Michael is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder for New Directions for Grads (ND4G). ND4G is a progressive executive search and advisory services firm. Michael is a leadership expert whose clients count on him to deliver game-changing results. Michael has over 30 years of business experience in human resources and operations, working closely with CEO’s and Senior Leadership teams. Prior to ND4G, Michael was the SVP-HR for IAC (NYC). He also held executive HR positions with GE, PepsiCo, IBM, Rodale and Buddy Media (Salesforce). His background also includes assignments in Private Equity with Sterling and Center Bridge Partners.

Michael is known as a resourceful, purposeful, innovative, and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer who leads companies through change initiatives aimed at improving work- flow efficiency and productivity of human assets. He has a track record for successfully guiding domestic and international companies to achieve their strategic and financial targets and for building world-class teams. Michael and his wife live in Sea Girt, NJ. They have three grown children. Michael’s passion is to compete in Pickleball tournaments.
