Chloe Hughes, Principal

Chloe Hughes has been involved in services businesses for most of her career. She applies her skills at organization, client service, data analysis and writing to support the TKJ Executive Search team in their daily activities. Chloe has most often operated as the right hand to small business CEOs, where no job is too big or too small. Her colleagues rely on her for her intuition about people, her business judgment, and her sense of urgency.

In addition to her work with TKJ Executive Search, Chloe has worked closely with Design Bridge Inc, Siempre Holdings, Engel Devlin Sgambati but to name a few. She has applied her skillset across many different industries and sectors, always in an administrative and operational capacity.

Chloe lives with her husband, two sons and energetic dog Miller in Fairfield, CT. As a UK native, she returns home to visit family several times a year. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, and traveling whenever possible.

Chloe holds a university degree from West Kent College in the UK.
